Hey future career,

I am so excited for you.

Jason -- Hi, I'm Tracy's friend and former coworker.

Kimberly -- What will you be teaching? You might want to read my blog for both the good and bad moments of my teaching internship this year. :) I adore Taylor Mali and have posted a couple of his videos on my blog before also.

And by future career, I mean teacher, rather than slam poet.

Though, I consider that as well.

Woah. We were posting at the exact same moment. I will be teaching English--which, I think if I am remembering you right from Tracy's work, aren't you teaching eighth grade English right now? I will be sure to check out you blog to see the highs and lows.

I am proud to say that I am well acquainted with this spoken word poet and this particular poem. you should look up "Totally Like Whatever," it's very good. I love this poem. It's awesome. I hope you take it to heart, which it looks like you have.

This maybe made me cry at work a little. 1. because inspired and 2. because why am I not a teacher. Why is anybody not a teacher, for that matter.
